Photo 08-23-2008

I still have some pictures to post from our trip to Houston.... here are some more landscape, or should I say "cityscape" pictures.....

St Paul's Methodist Church One of the buildings of the Museum of fine arts: the Caroline Wiess Law building
The pioneer memorial obelisk: dedicated to all the pioneer men and women of HoustonThe arch that holds the Sam Houston statue in Memorial Park

And yes... that's me "on top of the world"! LOL I'm standing under the statue of Sam Houston.

I love seeing different parts of the country through everyone's photos. :-) And I just saw your ferris wheel silhouette photo from a few days ago: WOWZA! I love it!

Lots of lines in those. Really neat buildings aren't they?
