Today was going to be a bad, rainy and stormy (with hail and tornados) day.... at least that was what they predicted, but besides some wind during the day and 10 minutes of rain it was just a normal day. Little bit gray but who's complaining! So no pictures of the heavy rain and hail, but pictures of the fountainwater that's flowing in the wind. And to practice what I learned, I took one with short shutterspeed and one with a little bit longer shutterspeed. (not too long, because it was hand held and with this wind it was not easy!). And because the theme is green, another botanical picture.

We must have gotten all the bad weather in North Texas! Love your shots, the green is wonderful!
Cool fountain shots, and I really love your botanical shot. Beautiful! Glad you had better weather than you expected. That's always nice!
I love that last shot, the lighting is so nice!
Like how you showed the differences in shutter speed really cool.
I love the leaf. I'm thinking it would make a great texture.
Love that last shot, the color is just wonderful. Great job playing with shutter speed.
I love it when people show the different settings of their apertures...you can really tell so much...especially with the water. Its great. I love your green shot. Oh I LOVE GREEN and cannot wait to see more.
Cool differences in the fountain shot.
The backlighting on that leaf is really effective. Nice!!
The green is really good!
Great demonstration of shutter speed. I have not mastered the water thing yet. And I love that bright green!
What a difference shutterspeed makes! I like the first with the water "frozen"... very cool!
Nice demonstration of different shutter speeds! I think the wind actually helped with this one! :)
