Thank you for your kind comments! I love reading all of your comments and appreciate the time you take to look at my pictures! It's funny how looks can be really deceiving, a lot of you commented on the nice "warm" looking pictures...... I had to laugh a lot because when I took the pictures it was so cold that I had trouble pushing the button (38 Fahrenheit)!!
For todays pictures I kind of stayed on theme.... Let me explain, I collect thimbles. In the Netherlands thimbles are called "finger hats" because they protect your fingers. So for today I shot pictures of a thimble that I bought a couple of months ago at the Bishop's Palace in Galveston. I shot the thimble on a black and a white background, please let me now what you think!
I have also included a picture (not taken today) of the real Bishop's Palace.
